Warranty on new Items:
LustLover offers a 12-month warranty that applies to manufacturers' faults on all toys. Lingerie and footwear come with a 60-day warranty from date of purchase. If your product proves to be defective within this time, just show us your proof of purchase and LustLover will repair, refund or replace the product with the same or a similar product at our sole discretion.
Change of mind:
If your item hasn’t been opened or used, yes! You need to contact us for a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving the goods.We can also swap over lingerie, clothing, and shoes if they’re still in their original unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached, and you’ve kept the original packaging. Due to health regulations, LustLover cannot exchange or refund items purely for change of mind if they’ve been opened and/or used, so be sure to consult our Fun Specialists for all the advice you need to shop with confidence!
Others:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment channel within seven business days of our receipt of the returned goods.
